The Gluten Intolerance Group of Richmond is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
The Mission of GIG is to empower the gluten-free community through consumer support, advocacy and education.
Our meetings are held quarterly (March, June, September and December) on the first Thursday of the month at 7PM at Trinity United Methodist Church, 903 Forest Avenue, Richmond, VA 23229. Meeting date and time may be changed to meet the availability of the speakers invited. Dinerthons and other social events will be held in addition to quarterly meetings.

Due to the continuing devastating effects from Irma in Florida, Cynthia Kupper, CEO Gluten Intolerance Group finds it necessary to help the GIG Florida Office recover and will not be able to present for us. She will reschedule for one of our 2018 meetings. Open Forum questions will be answered as promised.

“Gluten Free Grab and Go” will be available. Bring any item to add to the display that has a good expiration date, or is new gluten-free educational material. Watch for an item you might like to take home with you!
If you have not yet paid your 2017 dues of $20, we would appreciate it to help support programs such as this one! We will be collecting dues that evening. Dues are tax deductible.
