The Gluten Intolerance Group of Richmond is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
The Mission of GIG is to empower the gluten-free community through consumer support, advocacy and education.
All meetings are usually held on the first Thursday of each month (except in the summer) at 7:00 PM at the Trinity U. Methodist Church, 903 Forest Avenue, Richmond, VA 23229, unless otherwise noted.

LIVING GLUTEN-FREE WITH WEGMANS!
Join us to learn about Wegmans Food Markets, Inc., including the unique products and services they offer to help YOU live gluten-free.
Wegmans Nutritionist, Trish Kazacos, RDN, and employees from the Midlothian and Short Pump stores will be on hand to answer your questions.
You will receive a bag and gluten-free product samples from Wegmans to try at home.
One of Wegman’s vendors has also asked to send product for our meeting! Milton’s Baking Company will have an informational table and tasting!
We will also be supporting the Teal Pumpkin Project by the non-profit group FARE (Food Allergy Research & Education), spreading the awareness of non-food trick or treats for Halloween, and each attendee will go home with a non-food treat from GIG of Richmond!
