The Gluten Intolerance Group’s Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO) Certifies
369 New Products in December – January
AUBURN, Wash. (Feb. 7, 2018)—The Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG), the industry leader in the certification of gluten-free products and food services, certified 369 products in December and January through its Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO) program. The growing popularity of gluten-free certification is resulting in an increase in product choice and more consistent pricing, which benefits both, celiacs and non-celiacs following a gluten-free diet. Twenty-eight food and wellness product manufacturers received certification for products ranging from teff chips, flavored almonds, protein supplements, empanadas, spices and other products.
